Coat the 1 kg beef cubes with 3 tablespoon All purpose flour, 2 teaspoon Garlic powder, 2 teaspoon Garlic powder and Salt to taste. Marinate well and rest for half an hour.
Hot iron skillet and Smear a dab of butter.On this Marinated beef chunks. Brown it on high flame.One side become brown flip over to other side.After brown two side set aside.
Set the slow cooker on cook mode with High temperature and dab of butter on it. Saute 6 cloves Garlic.Add 1 white Onion and Saute again.when it become Soft and wilted add 3 Bay leaves ,2 pinch Nutmeg and again Saute for 2 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup Celery, 2 Potatoes, 2 Carrots to on above sauted masala.Combine well and cook for 2 minutes.
Now take browned beef add 1/4 cup of tomato paste, 5 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce , 3 tablespoon soy sauce , 2 tablespoon tabasco sauce , 1 teaspoon Pepper powder, 1 teaspoon each Thyme & Basil and 1 teaspoon all spice powder. Mix all the things well.Add 1.5 Litres Chicken Stock. Mix up and Cover with lid and slow cook for 3 hours .
Mix up Perfectly cooked beef, potatoes and Carrots.Add 1 cup Green Peas, 3 tablespoon cornflour slurry and combine well.Cook again on simmer for few minutes. Thick creamy stew is ready.
